Oakley advises Inflexion on its acquisition of Mycom OSI

Oakley Advisory Limited (“Oakley”), the independent corporate finance firm offering specialist advice across the TMT sector, is delighted to have advised Inflexion Private Equity (www.inflexion.com) on its acquisition of Mycom OSI (www.mycom.com).

Mycom OSI supports telecommunications companies with software solutions that assure network and service quality and performance for optimal customer experience. It provides the first service assurance solution run from the cloud and using a subscription model that has been commercially deployed at scale. With headquarters in the UK, the company employs over 250 people globally with clients including Deutsche Telekom, Safaricom, Saudi Telecom, Telefónica, Three UK, Telenor, T-Mobile, Verizon and Vodafone.

Inflexion is acquiring Clearlake Capital-backed Mycom OSI from Founder and Chairman Siamak Sarbaz and management, with senior management continuing to manage the company in partnership with Inflexion.

Inflexion is a mid-market private equity firm, investing in high growth, entrepreneurial businesses with ambitious management teams and working in partnership with them to accelerate growth. Inflexion’s flexible approach allows it to back both majority and minority investments, typically investing £10m to £200m of equity in each deal.

Oakley acted as sole corporate finance advisor to Inflexion. The Oakley team comprised Christian Craggs, Managing Director, Oliver Temple, Associate and Alexandre Beaudet, Analyst.
